Lots of fun pictures this morning on Flickr.
Here, Michael kneels by some of the props our fourth grade students are using as a part of their year-long movie making project.

Welcome to the newly-revised TBO Education information pages! As we get information that needs to be shared, it will be posted here on this web site.
Take a closer look at the links on the right — you’ll see a big link to the Temple Beth Or main congregational web site. You’ll also see a big link to the current upcoming Education events, as well as one that lets you subscribe to our weekly newsletter.
Beneath those links, you’ll see links to each of our static pages:
You’ll also find links to our handbook and our one page calendar.
Lastly in that right column, you can follow our latest Tweets, subscribe to get emails whenever this blog is updated, view our photostream on Flickr or even just search this site.
Found in the religious school office today:
One pair of dark-framed reading glasses missing one of the lenses.

The Preschool class this year is having a lot of fun and learning about our different holidays. Last week Rabbi Burstein came and talked to us about Havdalah services and we made a spice box to take home. Every week we sing songs with the Kindergartners, read a story about what we are learning about and do an art project. This Sunday we will learn about Tu B’Shevat. We are going to decorate cupcakes and sing Happy Birthday to the trees. We are also going to plant parsley that we will be able to use at our Passover seder. Please stop in to see us and see all the amazing things we are doing!

Many people are concerned about the flu as children head back to school this winter. TBO Religious School staff will have hand sanitizer in their classrooms, and all classrooms will be sanitized weekly. Staff will also model good health hygiene/etiquette, encouraging students to wash hands, cover coughs and sneezes, and not to share personal items. You can help us keep TBO healthy by following these guidelines:
